We stand behind CoreDumpAnalyzer. If the product doesn't work as described, we will make it right — either by fixing the issue or issuing a refund.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to CoreDumpAnalyzer ("the Service"), operated by Devendra Pillay ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to this policy.

CoreDumpAnalyzer is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product. All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.

2. Free Trial

Before subscribing, every user receives 3 free analyses with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the tool before purchasing a Pro subscription.

The free tier gives you full access to the analysis engine, Evidence Agent, Fix Validation Agent, and Correlation Engine. You can evaluate the quality of results before committing to a subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

You request a refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment.
The Service was not available for more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our end during your billing period.
You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same billing period.
A technical defect prevented you from using core features of the Service and we were unable to resolve it within 5 business days.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge date.
Subscription renewals — if you do not cancel before the renewal date, the charge is non-refundable.
Partial month usage — we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within a billing period.
Dissatisfaction with AI analysis results — AI outputs are probabilistic by nature. We cannot guarantee specific results for every crash type.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until that date.

⚠️ Important

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund in addition to cancellation, please contact us separately using the details below.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at the email address below with the following details:

The email address associated with your CoreDumpAnalyzer account
The date of the charge you are disputing
The reason for your refund request
Your Lemon Squeezy order number (found in your payment receipt email)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks incur fees that hurt small independent developers. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and promptly.

Accounts that initiate chargebacks without first contacting us may be suspended pending resolution.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
